Big Ding UV Cure Polyester Fiberstrong

UV Cure Polyester Fiberstrong is a polyester repair kit consisting of 60ml of polyester mixed with bits of fiberglass, various sheets of sandpaper, a wooden spatula, and a piece of plastic film. The polyester does not need to be mixed and hardens in 3 minutes upon exposure to direct sunlight.

Contents of the repair kit:

• 60ml of polyester mixed with bits of fiberglass
• 1x sandpaper P60
• 1x sandpaper P80
• 1x sandpaper P150
• 1x sandpaper P320
• 1x wooden spatula
• 1x plastic film

Instructions:

1. Clean, dry, and sand the surface.

2. Work in the shade and use only the amount of polyester from the tube that you need. Immediately replace the cap on the tube.

3. Cover the repair with the plastic film.

4. Place in direct sunlight until the repair has hardened.

5. Remove the plastic and sand the repair to the desired shape.
