Attaching to the Outboard Motor:

For best results, attach the hydrofoil directly above the propeller on the cavitation plate of the outboard motor. The hydrofoils come with mounting holes. Position the hydrofoil correctly, drill holes in the cavitation plate, and secure the hydrofoil with the included bolts and nuts.
