"So convenient: Your order shipped directly from our own warehouse"

Everything you order through our website is in stock and will be shipped directly from our warehouse. If you place your order on a working day before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Note: Heavy pallet shipments, such as anchor chains, or long shipments (such as canoes or masts longer than 175 cm), cannot be sent via regular mail. These shipments are usually picked up by the carrier one business day later.

When will I receive my order?

On working days, we ship your order immediately. At the end of the day, the delivery service collects the shipments. In the Netherlands, approximately 97% of orders arrive the next day. Deliveries to Belgium usually also arrive the next day.

Germany: 2-3 days
France: 3-4 days

Denmark: 2-3 days

Note: Sometimes a package may experience a delay with the postal service. Unfortunately, delays caused by the postal service are beyond our control. If this happens, we kindly ask for your understanding. If your order has not been delivered within two days of the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can take action.

Which delivery service do you use?

We ship your order (except for pallet shipments and freight by length) as standard with DHL.

In general, we are satisfied with DHL. Of course, service may vary by region and driver, and your experience may differ. If you absolutely do not want us to ship your order with DHL, please let us know by replying to the order confirmation. We can then ship your order via PostNL. Please note that we will need to deliver the shipment separately, while other shipments are picked up as standard. On busy days, it might also happen that we miss the PostNL pick-up time, which would delay the shipment by a day.

If you have no strong preference, we ask that you do not use this option so we can process your order as efficiently as possible.

Can I have my order delivered elsewhere?

Certainly! During the order process, you can specify a different delivery address. Additionally, for most items, you can have them delivered to a nearby DHL service point. Please note: for special packages, such as pallet shipments, freight by length, and letterbox mail, this option is not available.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Service Desk
It is certainly possible to pick up items from us. We have a service desk where you can view and purchase items. If you want to pick something up, you don't need to place your order through the website. The items will be retrieved from our warehouse on-site, and you can come by during our opening hours.

Reservation
If you already know what you need, send us a message with the desired items, and we will reserve them and set them aside for you. We hold reservations for 2 days by default, but let us know if you want to come later. We can always make changes on-site.

Payment
You can pay by card or in cash.

My order is delayed by the post. What to do?

It is, of course, very frustrating if your order is delayed. If your order has not been delivered within two days of the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can take action. We will monitor the shipment and get in touch with the delivery service.

We recommend that you do not contact the delivery service yourself, as they require that only the sender contact them. We will do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.
